First Pot Roast In My New Toy

Doing a pot roast in the new NESCO NPC-9.



I got it for pressure canning beans but found out it does so much more. Happy surprise!

Well, got anxious and forgot to take pics. But it was d**n delicious. Leftovers wii become BBQ beef sandwiches.
