I’ve got a venison  roast my neighbor gifted me. I might just do that for next Sunday dinner. Have an angus beef tender roast marinating for the pressure cooker tomorrow.

Today I’m breaking in my new Madein 2 qt Saucier with scallops and Alfredo.
