Frittata for dinner tonight. Italian sausage, 3 colors of peppers, tomato,Onions , and fresh lemon basil and parsley from the garden.
My Bride is going to my Daughter’s for a few days to “dog sit” while they’re away on vacation to Lake Placid.
She’s not a fish eater so I plan to put a dent in my stash. I can smell blackened walleye on the griddle for dinner tomorrow night.
I’m on a bit of a diet, so 5 days of cooking for me will be very good. I’ve dropped 30 since May.....about 10 more to go before ice fishing comes along.
