I find that perch really dont get active untill the water hits 40 degrees.Do you agree?

Maybe that was my problem on Seneca, water temp was pretty steady at 38.5 to 39.0. Nothing warmer, nothing colder.

I would agree, but then again what about all the perch taken through the ice in water under that 40 degree mark?I do believe the temp. has something to do w/ it but I also think spawning time plays a part. sh*t, i don't know just give a yell when they start to hit. heading out this weekend, if they're hitting i'll report back.
