Fished the Roblin bridge Saturday and Sunday.  Saturday the fishing was good, but not as good as past years of late season open water.  Sunday the fishing was tough, we made out alright, however, other boats did not even get a bite.  The walleye bite was very soft.  The best bite seemed to come both days in the early afternoon.

On Saturday myself and my son were out for about 6 hours and caught about 50 walleye and two pike.  The biggest walleye was 24", half of them were 18-22", a couple under 10" and the rest in the 14-17" range.  Sunday was the same ratio, but we were only out for about 3 hours and 20 walleye and two hammer handles.
