The bratwurst was made using a recipe from Great Sausage Recipes and Meat Curing by Rytek Kutas. It was a 50/50 mixture of venison and wild boar.
Cider,That sounds great. How do you get that beer into the pan? When I try that it goes into my mouth instead... I just can't seem to get it to work.
