July 18th, Official and we will be there. I agree to the no kids only because this would be a good time for parents to get out of the house and enjoy themselves with friends, food and fishing fun.

People preach about how it's all about the kids and teaching them to fish, but every time we have an outing it's an adult event, and that includes the banquet.
I realise this is a private party, and it's thier choice. I guess I'll just go fishing somewhere else that day since a non-drinker just won't fit in well.

I'm not sure that I ever stated that it was a fishing party/cookout. The Title was PPPPPPPPAAAAAAAAARRRRRRTTTTTTYYY!
People are more than welcome to fish and bring their boats, but I'm not sure that kids are a good idea.
