Well I knew it would end up at this level eventually, too bad they didn't dump it 2 days, still time to salvage the weekend...

365123 THE SALMON RIVER AT LIGHTHOUSE HILL
PUBLISHED ON APR 13, 2011 AT 17:33:54 - EXPIRES APR 14 11:59 PM

For the Salmon River at Brookfield Renewable Power's Lighthouse Hill Dam, Altmar, NY. The following predictions are for flows in the river just below the powerhouse unless otherwise noted.

Information about the timing of water level changes downstream of the powerhouse is included after the forecast.

Flows are being increased in order to lower the reservoir in preparation for spring runoff conditions. This is normal procedure for this time of year.

Until 8:00 PM today, 1,800 CFS
From 8:00 PM today until 11:59 PM tomorrow, Thu, 2,500 CFS

All published flows are approximate and forecasts are estimates only. Actual flows will vary and can change quickly at any time. Always be alert and wear an approved flotation device. Never go in or near the water until you know and accept the risks you are assuming by being in this area!

A real good friend of mine is a chiropractor and I was anti-chiro till seeing what they have to go through schooling wise. And having a issue like yours once and I let him work on it. It was much better instantly and 100% after 3 visits. He explained what was going on with the vertebre, muscles, and nerve - it made perfect sense...

16 kings, 100 dropped!! Its not all about how many you get to the bank, its about the fun and friendship!
