Hey Ht are you working friday?  How about we hit the lake. Maybe do a cast and blast this weekend. Weed out those black and grey things

That fish was bigger than that. There was a foot hanging off each end of the scale

I was berated for fishing & asked recently by a PETA type.  You don't keep fish do you?  I responded "No I don't like aquariums. I just treat them like a quick haircut, & take a little of the sides"

The cold water was off there too!  All Mexico bay & surrounding was mid 60's.  Although I'll admit I suck there, just like the pinning.  I'll give y'all that, I suck!

I fished the lower part of the river from 4-7:30 tonight. Not much action for me. I spotted a couple fish and that was it.
There were a couple of local kids working a pool thoroughly with 13' noodle rods. I saw them hook up about 4 or 5 times. They knew what they were doing for sure. It was fun watching them.
