Yep.... The last guy roofed like an Animal....... Amazing how fast you can go when you use a 5 gallon bucket of tar to flash a chimney and 24" coil stock to cover rotten valleys.... 

Then you got a huge window and door company that puts in a BEAUTIFUL SUNROOM that melts the back of the customers house off after 4 years..... they should spend more on employee training and less on advertising !!
