Fished all over today and found fish from Lb to Tressel, just not a lot in any one spot.  This rain should help...
Fish fear me!

was at the local Gander mountain and picked up a Redington Red Fly Copper on sale for $29 dollars, regularly $88.  Seemed like a good reel and I really liked the drag on it.  Going to put it on a Cabelas Chuck and Duck Series specific rod i won a couple years ago and have never fished.  Probably use it as a back up but if I like it, I may put it on the St Croix.  Anyone ever fish one of these?

On a sad note .... I lost my outdoor mentor .... My old hunting and fishing partner ..Him and his brothers are the ones that turned me onto that silly river ...he was also my father in law ..... Going to miss Art

My sincere condolences Craig.
