 Had guys smash them again today at the ball park...it's good all over......this will probably end up being the best early season since 1998....

headed up there at 8am, ive now visited majority of the tackle shops in pulaski so that was a small victory! wasnt very much info this morning on the net about where to start lookin for my first landed salmon so I headed to sportsmans. A couple jumping out of the water here and there, I walked the bank there werent any hookups and just seemed calm. so I said screw it shelled out 45 bucks and went to the dsr. It was gorgeous there all day, saw tons of cohos. Landed 2 successfully, the first fish I ever landed on a fly rod it was a blast! A guy near me landed a huge steelhead they were saying was around 20 lbs. For the entire time down low there were coho, somebody was always hooked up to one. Walked from down low up to the top around 3 didnt see much going on so I headed home after 6 hours. It was awesome to land my first salmon,didnt get pics as everything happened so fast and I was alone. Cant wait to head back up wed or thur!

 you won't regret it  ....4 days in arow of great fishin this time of the year is unusual.....guess the 2007 drought didn't hurt us too bad... ;D


   Fishing has been so good without any help from rain....just noticed it's raining out....now they'll stop running.. :w00t:

Just to catch them 1 good time .... gets it out of your system ..... Then you can concentrate in the tree  ;D  But all of a sudden my phone is ringing off the hook ..... Binghamton is about to blow up with work ...... Going to be a good Christmas
