Anybody fish Afterbay reservoir below Yellowtail Dam? Worth trying this time of year? I was thinking about putting the boat in this weekend as I've heard it never freezes.

I was gonna say just put in at Ok-eh-beh, but then I remembered for some crazy reason they close the boat ramp in the winter.  I don't know if you can still launch a boat but my cousin said they may fine you if the ramp is closed and you launch!?  Don't know about Afterbay, though.  Good Fishin' - OH
