Hit the middle south shore area last night. I ended up going 1/2. Both were nice fish, no measurement though. First one hit right after dark, about 15 min later the 2nd hit. As I was unhooking that fish, one of my trebles got dug into the cord of my berkely fish gripper. Got stuck trying to get that out for probably 10-15 min or so, what a PITA...I finally got the hook out of the strap, made my next cast and my lucky perch pattern challenger jr that I have been using since last fall cast right off my line.. Changed lure, but no more hook ups. Not sure if the other guys there hooked any, but they left pretty quick in my opinion...

good night, would have liked to land the one I lost, it was good eye for oneida.

I love the nighttime eye fishing...

Speed Beef -- Wood Goat -- Swamp Donkey ............ Jerky!!!

Finally broke the ice and cut some hair tonight. Old dry doe for the freezer.

I'll save the horn hunting for later.
