I was out on East end yesterday. Slow.  The huge bait pods were missing. Just a few  small ones here and there. More than a few dead shad on the bottom of the canal..Water temp was 45 degrees..

Dumb question since i did not read the little pamphlet that came with the nanofil.  Itied on a jerkbait casted and watched my most expensive lure go into orbit. Thinking it got wrapped around the tip i tried a favorite crankbait with the same result.......after watching almost forty bucks shoot out of a cannoni put that rod down. What is the best knot for this line?

I fished for a couple hours last weekend and got some nice smallmouth deep, didn't have much time to fish like usual.  Big Jim...you are going to find that GPS of yours on the bottom of the lake one these days. I will take you fishing, "not secret spot collecting."

Nice job Hollywood, that's awesome.

I layed off my super secret spots after he started punching that thing on every stop, save them for ice season. Good talking to you today, got me pumped for ice season. We can't have 2 crappy ice years in a row....can we?

The key is keeping the gps on and in your pocket.   Just take it out for a sec so it gains its bearings, then put it back in your pocket, and hit the waypoint button.  No one ever notices ;)

Forget it. Just get some Power Pro and have some fun..  I use to be a line junky but now figure they will never improve on the PP in my lifetime..  Life has been good since then..
