I think he would try to prove you wrong, he might be able to get 4 hits in a 3 hit spot.  I have seen him in action on a slow day. How many holes do you think he would drill on a 3 bite day?

hes got a 8" strike master but I'm not allowed to use it until the ice gets over 16" ,if there is any hand drilling to be done don't think release is going to do anything but soak up some heat and wait till the holes are cleaned and ready to fish geeze

HIRED!?  Ayyy.  Ice 3"-10"=$1 per hole...11" -15" $1.75 per hole...over 15" is $2.50 per hole...initial cleaning of hole = $0.50!!!
