About 5 yrs ago I was on one of my bait routes in the 1st WK of may and I come to this small lake almost like a campground area ,only got houses 1/2 way around it, it looked interesting so I walked around a little and saw some nice slab crappie spawning around a huge underwater pipe and for some reason I never forgot that and I kept thinking someday when the opportunity presents itself, well ' tonite I stopped by and an hr later I had close to my limit all 10-12"
