Got my first striper of the year yesterday, a whole 14". White bucktail with white twister tail slow and deep. Only hit in 2 hrs. , still its a fish. Caught it in the thames below the old thermos plant.

Nice. I'm excited for the action to pick up down there. Any idea on water temps?

A couple years ago I jumped in a river with my camera in my pocket, I stuck it in a bowl of rice for a couple days and it works fine now.
I still need to catch a striper...
