well I just started eye fishing last year and have caught them on eye rigs with worms and minnow, on a surface plug, and also on small jigs. I would have to say fishing with the small jigs was the best because the fish gave more of a fight, although when the eye did hit the surface plug it made a heck of a splash. ::) well I quess I like to fish them all just as long as I catch em

Jigging a jig a whooper with a trailer hook and a crawler hooked up. Also like straight line trolling depending on the structure and lake fishing.
Love the tap tap tap. Set.
Internet heros give it a rest!

I pour my own ballhead jigs.I mostly use 1/8 oz jigs and I tip the jig with a crawler.I have tried other setups but this seems to work best for me for walleye.

Casting cranks at night, hands down. Nothing like being chest deep in water while a walleye follows your rapala almost all the way back and slams it just befor you lift it out of the water!!!

The first time that happened to me I actually fellover it starttled me so much. Luckly I was realitivly shallow at the time because I go an awfull lot of water in my waders!!!!

Trolling with nightcrawler harnesses. Electric trolling motor, about 1 to 1.5 mph seems to work for us.

Jigging 1/8 to 1/4 Oz jigheads with a crawler, herring or grubtail. Slow trolling stickbaits and lipless cranks. Casting Shallow shadraps on the shoreline points at night... They are all fun.

Trolling with Bottom bouncer with 6ft mono and floating jig head tipped with 1/2 a crawler.  Or, Bottom bouncer, 6 ft mono, worm rig and crawler.  When it's windy, I'll drift and jig all day long.
Bring on the bow season...

Late to bed, early to rise; fish all day, make up lies.
There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.
