I was never one to feel washing dishes by hand is relaxing and peaceful.

But sharpening kitchen knives by hand sure was this morning!

Realized that they needed attention after cleaning and vacuum sealing 20 #s of boneless chicken breast this morning.

Had a spiedie night last night...Lupos pork and chicken. Sweet 100’s and peppers from the garden. Grilled some tortillas up to go with them!

  That looks great.  I just got mine cut up and soaking in dressing for kabobs tonight...  Got to run up to the farm and get another dozen ears of corn..

Was inspired by a previous post, chicken piccata, rice and broccoli last night

Pulled some San  MARZANO beefsteak and Jubilee tomatoes. Decided to make some Marinara. All fresh...tomatoes, garlic, peppers, onion,  basil, oregano and parsley.


Did Zoodles rather the pasta

Spicy and delicious.

My son leaves tomorrow for Colorado springs,  he took an air force position as a flight engineer..
We did a nice seafood boil for dinner tonight.

Lots of great looking stuff as usual guys...
Kept it simple tonight with a bone in rib eye on the grill and tossed salad... no dessert, gotta get rid of the covid 30.
