I would love to get together for a Wingfest! I know that we are heading for a better place with the pandemic and all. So maybe we could do something in June? I think at that point anyone that wants to be vaccinated will be.

I’ve got an electric “Butterball” turkey fryer for wing parties. It’s not seen oil in more than a year. I’d just love to get it greasy!

No pictures, but we did garbage plates here at camp last night. Four couples brought different salads, beans, sauces, and other goodies. Each one brought their favorite meat, and piled it on. I made lemon and strawberry cheese cakes to finish things. We enjoyed it all sitting around a camp fire getting reacquainted. Perfect meal.
