Thawed some gizzards and took ninja pressure cooker threw in some bacon garlic onion sweet peppers jalapeños tomatoes and season salt pepper and little chicken stock...no ryme or reason cooked 30 minutes and came out really good...pressure cooking really infused the jalapeños!!!!

Rainy miserable day yesterday. Baked 14 loaves of zucchini bread ( lot's going to friends ) and froze 7 bags of double batch shredded zucchini. And it still keeps coming !!    :w00t:

Was just saying to Donna that it's been a long time since we had a BLT.

Did Chinese buffet tonight as we were out running errands and I simply wasn't looking to coming home and cooking anything.

I've eaten a 1/2 a slab of bacon in last few weeks that I smoked all BLTs my absolute favorite sandwich got two more pork bellies in brine in fridge now to smoke next week

Who doesn't love a good BLT with fresh tomatoes?

Nothing wrong with grilled cheese, even better with a couple slices of tomatoes in it. I like to grill, salt and pepper them first.
