Well I have passed over a particular river and always ask the same question. What is this lift there for? Any ideas besides crossing the river with.
In Niagara County, there’s on that crosses the Lower Niagara River to Ontario. It’s right at the base of the power plant spillway. The only reason I could figure was for observation purposes if they need to look at the power plant structure. Is it near anything significant (dam, bridge, etc.?)
