70-75 after a few days between 85 and 90. The bass (largemouths) really seem to turn on in these conditions. They move a little shallower, and the topwater bite is a little more aggresive. Oh yeah, it has to be overcast, or at least cloudy, for this to be really effective.

A few hours before a big front moves through. The fish go nuts and it usually means a 60+ fish day is in store.

I would have to say cloudy, calm conditions after it has been sunny and hot a while. The cloudy weather and before the front itself is usually good fishing. It's the sunny skies and high pressure afterwards that are tough.
In the early spring, warm calm weather that has lasted and stayed similiar for several days is probably the best.
When it's warm outside and the fishing is slow during the day, evenings are best and generally always mean some bass on topwaters.

I like the cloudy days that sometimes you can fish topwater almost all day long.  That is fun

70-75 degrees, really overcast, and light rain. Fish bite like crazy in these conditions and most other fisherman stay home where its dry.

I've gotta' agree with SuperX2,  I will do anything humanly possible to be on the water before a major cold front.  Bass are absolutly wild when the pressure starts changing.
GET IT ON!
