Most times I would make a marinade if I was going to grill. Here’s what I useWorcestershire sauceSoy sauceDijon mustardGarlic powderOnion powderPaprika Mustard seedBlack pepperI use freezer bags. Add the sauces and mustard to each side while in bag, shake the seasoning on both sides. Chill for 4 hours, bring back to room temp before grilling.As for measurements, I apologize I haven’t measured out seasoning a a decade or two
