Thanks. Going to make "fleckey" with the last of it tonight and then the bones will make a split pea soup. Fleckey is a Bohemian dish my Grandmother used to make. Cube ham pieces and fry with oil in a cast iron frying pan until almost crisp, then add cooked and drained egg noodles into the pan and fry, stirring occasionally until some of the noodles start to brown. Simple, delicious, and the only way to use up a leftover ham!
My grandmother used to make it with sauerkraut too and bacon if no ham available
