Morels in Northern Indiana?

Have anybody found any morels in northern Indiana yet. I have been looking everyday and still nothing i think by this weekend there will be some poping up with this rain and really warm temps in the forecast there should be some fungus in the frying pan.

Friends at work have been finding some greys in there woods. I was out Sunday for about a hour and nada, still a little early in my woods. This weekend is looking very promising though.

Findin them in Northern Indiana. Mostly peckerheads with some greys. I havent seen my spot put out any yellows yet tho.

Waterfowler,............My daughter found 5 small grays in the Jimtown area today.  Won't be long..

Once it warms up look out! Plenty of moisture in the ground. Could be a banner year.

Well I went out this morning thinking i would be successful. Went to a spot where i have found them before and today there was nothing the ground was very dry which surprised me allot. I really thought i would have found some with these warm temps we have been having.

This wind and warm temps are really drying things out fast. Good chance of T-storms later tonight. Maybe that will help.

Finally! Got 10 greys today near New Carlisle.

90 grays last night. Took the grandson for his first hunt. Found them all under the same tree.
