How do I get a poll going for a date?  I don't have a date set and would like to get an Idea, that works for most!

Plan ahead so it's not last minute. Set down and write out a plan for food, drinks and so on... and parking!? You need a plan for everything. I'm more than willing to help, just ask! I'm always in for a good time at my brothers house. Me + Music + Drinks + Friends= a good time 

Sorry didn't mean to sound so bossy, I just know you and Adam. Want to make plan and wait until the last minute.  Best time would be in mid June or July.

My suggestion is to stay away from holidays and pick a date. You will never find one that pleases everyone. Just go for it.
