hey trapp sorry I missed u this year  maybe we could get together one day and show this kinda old guy how to do it  down here in pa.  I find out my friend OLEG was  wwf wrestler   go figure,  he is one of the nicest and polite guys i met  along with his crew that come with him   one day my friend we shall meet and shake each others hand along with all you other MMF guys who i ve yet to meet in person  talk to anyone up there who i met and they will let you know   see u guys later   RICK

Wow! I don't check this thread for a week and I miss all the action. ;D

I'm sorry to hear LV pulled his vids, I always enjoy watching a little fishing action esp. since I don't get out as often as I used to.

I'm not about to jump up on a soapbox, but I would like to share my philosophy on foul hooked fish and stream side conduct.
 
When you are fishing where there are large concentrations of fish moving through you are going to foul hook some, nothing you can do about that. Am I going to bring that fish to the bank and remove the hook? Most of the time I do.

Brother if you have one fouled and want to tighten up your drag and snap it off go right ahead, I just prefer not to see a fish towing around 50ft of line.

When I'm out on the water, I'm out there to relax and have a good time. The only thing I ask is if I'm in a spot don't try to horn me out. Chances are if I catch a few and your standing next to me watching, I'll ask if you want to step in and fish while I take a break. I've done this more times then I can remember.

Try to be nice to each other people, the world is full enough of crap without having to deal with it when we are supposed to be out having a good time. 8)

jona  is  long  gone  and  he's  accomplished  exactly  what he  wanted!  he  has  your total attention!  and  were  talking  about  him and  his  beliefs  instead  of  fishing , friendships  and  sportsmanship  ......  shake  it off  boys  ;D and  lets  fish  ....i  had a  great  day  on oswego  after my morning watch
