Brave souls...eating in an Asian restaurant. Italian sausage patties on the Weber today. Picked up a couple nice ribeyes for my Borthday tomorrow and a small point cut corned beef for Tuesday. Anyone done corned beef on the charcoal grill? I was thinking of doing it in parchment paper with carrots, onions, celery and potatoes.Rg
