We had Alaskan Halibut over rice and broccoli tonight. I wish I had a bunch of that fish! Was gifted some from a friend...way too expensive to buy!!

Donna is Italian and her family had MANY types of meat for the base at various times.I think her mom used what was available.Sometimes I will use seafood.Not often, maybe once a year.She enjoys that too.Beef, pork, lamb, ox, venison, chicken, it's all good to start the base.Also, I like a lot of veggies.Green peppers, onions, garlic, spinach, and mushrooms.Diced, not too small.Even some zucchini or summer squash at times.
Hot Italian sausage and spare ribs are the base ingredients of my sauce!
